Articles about Chiyo Restaurant

Review Highlights – Owners of the former Matsumoto Restaurant have simplified its "off-the-beaten-path" Albany Park storefront; the dining room has been redone in soothing neutrals and the kaiseki-only (chef’s tasting) menu has been replaced by a range of less pricey Japanese fare encompassing sushi and sashimi, teriyaki and tempura and shabu shabu (available with Kobe or prime beef). 30 varieties of sake are also offered.

(Chiyo has added "Wagyu" to its beef selections, and acclaimed Dessert Chef Ichikawa has joined the team.)
